Ouch!! for Rental Estates
The many rental estates in the urban jungle is hurting a lot from the problems caused by the real estate market collapse and it is hurting bad. Life is getting harder for rental estates due to lessening demand as people, businesses and the market itself is shunning away from the problems of not enough cash going around as people cut down on expenses. Rental properties, commercial properties are on the slowdown for many businesses that have closed are leaving them unoccupied. Many previously bustling city centers are now vacant, abandoned as they have been forced to either move or close shop.
Condo rentals and many other foreclosed properties are being used as criminal havens, giving city planners no option but to close them off due to such high risks on the rest of the city’s occupants. From health hazards such as left overs by drug dealers and users in the form of needles and other contaminated waste products. Some unethical health offices even settle to have their waste products disposed of in the many vacant lots, ready to spread blodd-borne diseases making them more than just eyesores. Such is the fate of some derelict homes, properties and many more as we continue to try and live through this recession that has streched our finances to the limits.
